All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. We do not dispatch orders until payment has been received and confirmed.
Order acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, listed incorrectly, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

Shipping and delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays, stock availability, supplier delays, public holidays, rural delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.
RYDERimports is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or third-party delivery providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by the customer.
Risk and ownership
Ownership of the products passes to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk in the products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address supplied at checkout, unless otherwise required by law.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. This includes where a customer orders the wrong item, no longer needs the product, finds it cheaper elsewhere, or changes their mind after purchase.

Faulty or damaged products

Warranties

Sale, clearance, and special order items
Sale, clearance, special order, and discounted items cannot be returned for change of mind.
